First let’s start off by defining the word “paranormal”. 

Paranormal – Anything beyond the range of normal experience or scientific explanation; of or pertaining to the claimed occurrence of an event or perception without scientific explanation, as psycho-kinesis, extrasensory perception, or other purportedly supernatural phenomena. 

Two things stand out in these definitions.  Paranormal activity is beyond normal experiences or scientific explanations and is supernatural phenomena without scientific explanation.  Taking those two points we see that being a Christian and following the teachings and example of Jesus makes us “paranormal”.  So, being a Christian Paranormal Investigator shouldn’t be so hard to understand.  We follow and believe in the One who could be seen as the original ghost or demon hunter.  He exposed the presence of these supernatural beings everywhere He went.  

The Bible tells paranormal stories from Genesis to Revelation with its stories about fallen angels, demons, ghosts and other supernatural activities.  It also gives guidelines and instruction as to how to deal with them as well as how to respond to them.  Later on we will address these guidelines and how they apply to SRT but let’s keep this introduction to being a Christian Paranormal Investigator simple.

Being Christian Investigator’s has its advantages and disadvantages. Our advantage (among many) is that we know how real the demonic realm is, and we are ready to do combat with diabolical forces through the Blood of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Disadvantage: it’s hard to be taken as seriously as investigators of the supernatural, because for some, we may appear to the secular world as “religious freaks” trying to cram the Gospel down people’s throats and to some in the Church we are seen as fringe believers or even heretics. Both of these perceptions are the furthest thing from the truth. We are no different than the hard working scientific paranormal investigator, except for the fact that we work with Spiritual Authority and gifts that we feel gives us an extra advantage.

SRT makes it their goal to help families who are in need of spiritual relief. We find solutions to the problems. We evaluate the root cause of a haunting or supernatural activity. We work from the inside out, and dissect every possibility before we can authenticate it. Our examination takes on multiple levels.  We look into the history of the area, people and the land in question.  We investigate the lives and backgrounds of the people in need to see if they are a part of the problem.  And, we look into the possible spiritual root causes of the activity.  It is this last perspective that makes us unlike any other investigators out there.  Once we have our information we can go into a situation boldly because we know where we stand spiritually and are confident not only in our abilities but in the support system SRT has developed.

We have helped many individuals, and continue to do so today. We are not in it for fame or money; we are here because we truly care for the people in distress who have no one they can call upon.  We care about them and want to bring validity to their allegations or give them valid answers to help alleviate their stress or fear. We provide a way of escape in situations that appeared to have no way available. 

SRT uses Biblical principles and long term experiential knowledge in our formula of investigating the supernatural. We have equipment that we use just like any other team. From EVP, to motion detectors, to EMF, we use what we need to in order to get the job done and establish evidence for what our conclusions. And, we will also use a reliable, sure fire piece of equipment built within us . . . the Holy Spirit. 

Media and television have made “paranormal investigating” as casual hobby that anyone can do. It has made “seeking the dead” for profit and gain a temptation for anyone to participate in.  The problem with this is that a lot of people are doing more damage by this random, amateurish activity than they realize by poking holes in the veil between the two worlds to catch a glimpse behind that veil. More portals have been opened throughout the world geographically in the last 30-years than ever before. The supernatural realm is in an uproar as our dimensions have collided and overlapped creating havoc among mankind. Spirit sightings have been reported at an all time high due to the frequency of this activity. The end result has allowed for these unseen forces to be able to obtain more energy to actually make a stronger contact with the living and breach our realm. Demonic hauntings, the most dangerous and violent of these types, are being reported more and more each day.  These entities are making physical contact with our earthly realm and innocent people are caught in the cross-fire. During the past year we have seen an increase in reports of violent attacks worldwide with no end in sight.

Essentially, this activity is the end result of a war that has raged for thousands of years dating back to the Bene ha elohim “sons of god” when they rebelled against the Almighty and intermingled with the daughters of men.  But for many today this subject is difficult to grasp.  They’re not sure whether to believe it or not.  Interestingly enough it’s mostly Christians who have this problem. While it should be more believable to them it is actually more believable to the World that spirits trapped here on earth are visiting people.  The thoughts of a fallen race of beings being active in the present time seems to them be a fantasy or made up story. 

When you say “ghost” everyone says “ha, what?” but when you say “demon” or “evil spirit” they mockingly say “yeah right”.  You need to question it and think about whom the joke is really on. Take a look at our society today and you will see how corrupt it has become with no answer as to what or who is possibly causing it. SRT believes that the supernatural world needs to be re-evaluated from a different perspective. SRT has begun these studies and will produce substantial evidence to shed some light on the matter. 

SRT will help in all areas of the supernatural. We listen, we care and we respond to all needs. We will cover a haunting, the occult, divination, possession and oppression, generational curses, or simply a strange phenomenon that you may inquire about. This isn’t a hobby, this is what we do.   Remember, Supernatural problems need supernatural solutions, and we are more than willing to offer them!
